By downloading and using "Bullseye" (the "Game") developed by Aiden McDougal, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial use. This Game is a paid application, and you may choose to create an account to save your stats; however, you also have the option to play anonymously without registering. Please note that Aiden McDougal does not commit to providing future updates or support for the Game.
The Game is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind. Aiden McDougal does not guarantee that the Game will be free from interruptions or errors. By using the Game, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
In no event shall Aiden McDougal be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data or any other losses that may result from the use or inability to use the Game, even if Aiden McDougal has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States. By using the Game, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
